Author's Note: Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing and Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J's Anti-Yeast Cooking were originally written as one book.  Upon my clients' request, the book was divided into two parts for the convenience of putting the recipe book on the kitchen counter.  To obtain maximum benefits from the books, it is recommended that you purchase and read both books as a set.
