Quantity Discount for Distributors
(Effective October 2002)

The following is the current quantity discount schedule for retail worth of our private brand herbal formulas, books, and tapes at any given time (non-cumulative): 

The discounts apply to purchase prices before taxes and shipping and handling costs.  If you have a California resale permit, please submit a copy upon purchasing.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal checks, or cash for payments.  You may submit your order via e-commerce, telephone, facsimile, or postal mail.  If you wish to pick up the products in person, please call our office at (818)986-4551 to schedule a time.

Guidelines for Distributors:

1.   Any time you purchase more than $500 retail worth of herbal products, books or tapes, you qualify for quantity discount for distributors.

2.   No refund for distributors.  If the safety seal of herbal formulas is damaged, you may return them for replacement (This is highly unlikely, and has not happened since our staff inspects all products before they are packed and shipped).

3.   We recommend that you pick up your products from our office. Otherwise, you will be charged 6% of the retail purchase price for shipping and handling.  Products will be shipped via priority mail or UPS, whichever is more time-efficient.

4.   If you refer clients to Dr. J’s office for consultation, they will be referred back to you for herbal products, books or tapes after consultation.

5.   Once you become a distributor, you own the products and your business. You are responsible for the promotion, pricing and distribution of the products. We recommend that your retail price should not be higher than our listed price. We also suggest that you apply for a resale permit and consult with your accountant regarding taxation issues.

6.   You may create promotional flyers by adopting materials from our information pack. Please do not make medical claims and avoid using words like "cure."

7.   Testimonials are very helpful to promote your sales. Collect them and put them in  print, but use a pseudonym or initials only to protect your customer’s identity.

Please Note: There is no refund for distributors.  Please make sure that you have full confidence in our products before you place an order.  Distributors have actual possession of our products and earn a higher amount of commission than our affiliates who do not need to keep an inventory.
