You can do this "fast meditation" almost any time. Just don't do it while you are driving. Otherwise, you may end up on the wrong side of the road! Some people do it in the morning; some in the afternoon; others, in the evening. Whatever schedule you can work out is fine. The key is that you be consistent. Like everything else, practice makes perfect! |
